PROFILE OF THE KEYNOTE  SPEAKER: DR. EMMANUEL MOORE ABOLO

Dr. ABOLO holds a PhD degree in Economics and has been very active in the GRC profession. He is currently the President, Institute for Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Professionals. He is a respected risk expert and quite versatile in Basel Accords and ERM implementation spanning over two decades, with extensive experience acquired in leadership positions at First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Access Bank Plc, Nigerian Export-Import Bank, Coopers and Lybrand and Credit Alliance Financial Services Limited. He has been facilitating on risk management, compliance and Enterprise Risk Management both locally and internationally. He was a two-term President, Risk Managers Association of Nigeria. He is a Certified Compliance Officer and IFC Certified Trainer on Corporate Governance for Bank Directors. He is a Fellow of eight professional bodies and was listed by the World Bank as one of the finest minds in Risk Management in Africa. He has published over 40 articles in reputable journals and has authored two books. He is currently the Chief Executive Thinker at The Economic ThinkTank Centre Limited as well as President, Professional Speakers Society of Nigeria.
